not all flip the strings over, some just learn to play it that way and not have to bother with customizing the guitar
Well, the angle of the strap suggests that she's just got it twisted over temporarily. And actually, the knobs do get in the way - your strumming arm would hit them and change the settings while you were playing.
Also, she shoots with her right arm, so I'm inclined to believe she's a right-hander.
