Where most stories and adaptations only had to bother with the Bible's version of events, Fate has to at least mildly follow history... and Ramesses II died of old age somewhere around ninety years old. So where most of the story basically follows the book of Exodus (or rather, The Prince of Egypt, YOU WHO I CALLED BROTHER and all that), in the end he witnesses the Parting of the Red Sea and does not follow the Hebrews to his death.

Moses would definitely be a Caster. He's got his cool staff that turned into a snake, and a lot of biblical events could be used as his Noble Phantasms.
He could end up as broken as Achilles or Perseus with stuff like the Burning Bush, the Parting of the Red Sea or the Ten Plagues.

True, he does fitted as a mage as there was he mention in some fictional novel about the Egyptian Mythology which stated the Egyptian mages were defeated single-handely by him.
