One of her spellcard in 14.5 is called "Supersonic Speed - "Old Lady's Sprint"" ...where she sprints real fast through enemy
So if spellcard name is factual, then yes, she is Supersonic Speed tier at the very least

That's already part of her UFO spell card called "Superhuman Byakuren", so that's the 1st appearance of her inhuman speed.

"Superhuman Byakuren" doesn't specify her actual speed though; only 14.5 does

Considering she apparently was in Makai and trained under Shinki, possibly, she might be .... well... really fast since I remember a fight with Reimu and co apparently had them streaking with enough speed that stars move so fast or something.

But really what a cute comic!
