Again, if you tell someone flagging an artist's works for quality that ALL his works are that level of quality, that just encourages the flagger to go flagging everything else that artist has made, not to make an exception.

In fact, I've seen some instances where a flagger explicitly stated they only flagged one of an artist as a "test run" to see if it would go through before doing a mass flagging purge.

Basically, that argument is not one that will have its intended effect, so don't use it.
