Oh come on, I've seen much worse here. It's nicely done to me.

She looks pretty nice (especially the pattern on her kimono), good shading and coloration; the grass and the water are the main offenders, and look like they were drawn in about ten seconds total with indistinct lines and blotches of color.

Yes, but the focus here is on her. I know the grass is awful but I don't think is a sufficient reason to not approve this picture.
