It's extreme that minor anatomical mistakes on art with true effort put into them are put on the same level as garbage-tier art. If you guys consider danbooru a perfect paraside that doesn't deserve anything like this then k, nothing to be done here.

I really agree with this post. At first the legs did look a bit weird, but there is nothing, "wrong" about them. The artist attempted perspective and did a decent job. Putting the legs aside, the image itself is nice and has beautiful colors. I have seen a lot worse get approved before, that is for sure. So why something like this that was already approved by someone should be flagged, I don't know.

Because a Janitor's opinion is not set in stone and can be contested against.

Anyone's opinion can be contested against, so I fail to see why you specifically point out Janitors. You miss my point however. I could easily pick out a dozen or more images uploaded within the past hour with significantly worse anatomy than this one. If people want to start being especially nit picky with anatomy there are better places to start.

What he means is, a post getting flagged is not a "death sentence", and can be re-approved again.
Usually if a good post really got flagged for minor errors, like this case, it'll quickly get approved again, so don't worry about it.

That is a bad argument. If I take this to an extreme, then this means I should flag those posts in the last hour. That means comparing one image with other images probably doesn't work; you can do this, but then be aware that your approvals are likely to get flagged (again). So yeah, every pic should be judged on its own and here, like I said, would agree with the flag reason.
