The bad looking hand is not in the center of the post, and her neck is centered but the collarbones might give it a weird look. But the thing that makes it look off is the placement of her chin.
In other word, the left half of this image is very good, but the right half is mediocre, so I think that the bad anatomy tag is enough here.
