There's a difference between "big" or "oppai loli" and "breasts larger than the torso they are attached to". Not that I'd flagged it, but you should probably be able to see why it would get one...

That isn't relevant. We don't generally allow canonically accurate extreme guro or JAV actress photographs or Western comic book character sketches drawn like the actual comic books' style, either. If a character model is grotesque or off-topic by design, none of their pictures belong here unless they happen to be off-model in a way that makes them fit.
The thing is, Danbooru's objective standard for "grotesque" breast size is based on breast:head ratio, which falls apart with oppai lolis who would typically have relatively large heads compared to their body (so based on the defined ratios this doesn't even quite make gigantic tier). So all that's left is subjective judgement and comparison to existing posts. I searched before uploading and it seemed to be within reasonable bounds and I figured overall quality compensates for borderline cases (I certainly wouldn't upload something like this is if it were more crudely drawn).

It's a good thing then that Maidragon anime isn't going to get to Iruru or there could be some issues on that front if she started getting a bunch of fanart.
