Note that the entrance is on the side and uses a pull-across curtain. This isn't a capsule hotel. I have to agree with Dr. Rolo on this one.

I don't think it's inside a shinkansen.
The longest trip of a shinkansen takes only 5 hours.

That would be why there is a photoshop tag. Everyone was discussing what kind of room it was, not if the stuff was realy there.
