I guess Kasumi would say something like "better take responsibility you garbage" but I wonder what could Yamakaze say.

I didn't expect that Kasumi will not use "garbage" while saying this. This is weird with Yamakaze is she calling admiral "Papa" cause he will have child with her or he calls him "Papa" as some sort of nickname? This image is so confusing at least for me, Kasumi going that soft and Yamakaze saying something like this... I don't even know.

Ok, let's just say, Yamakaze's tendencies give her a vibe of someone you must protect, ie a pet, a little sister or a daughter. The last one is what triggered the most though. That's a start. It continues with admirals having her call them "papa" for the sake of cuteness. It kind of ends here for now.

I'll turn myself in to the cops. I'm a shameful admiral.

Changing the TL of Yamakaze from "I've got it" to "I've got one"

"できちゃった" (dekichatta) is a past tense of the Japanese "できる" (dekiru or 出来る). While that can mean to have done a task, in the broadest sense it means "to develop" or "developing." It can refer to a competent person who can get things done (dekiru hito - "a develop-er") - we have it in English slang as "that person is a do'er."

But in this case it's related to something developing on someone. Dekiru is used when you get a rash on your skin or a bruise after being hit. In slang, it's an euphemism for pregnancy (similar to how in English you might say "she's getting a big belly"). In the slang usage, prengancies can be awkward so the subject isn't explicitly stated (this happens in English too, while not explicitly stating the subject is typical in Japanese) so "dekichatta" is referring to making, growing, or developing <a child>.

Given the childish way Yamakaze is referring to you as "papa" it doesn't sound right for her to be saying "I'm developing one" so going with "I've got one."

So this is the second time admiral Aikawa has knocked up his Kasumi?

Creepy thought, what if Yamakaze was the child from that first pregnancy of Kasumi? And now he is perving on his own daughter and knocking her up with her loli mother going for a second round.

Or Kasumi's just been carrying her pregnancy test around just to wave it in his face any time she wants to admonish him about it... which seems likely to be pretty often...

Just so you know, Asian mother can call their Husband "Hubby", "Father"(as in father of my child), "Dear", "(Insert name here)", "Old fart" or "Old fart"

    So Papa is nothing big

Yeah, but this Yamakaze's BEEN calling her Admiral "Papa"- and nothing BUT "Papa"- ever since she first showed up...
