No, it's the outfit from the second part of Haruhi Theater, a two-part story. Though Asakura isn't in it.

Looks like we don't even have Noiji Itoh's art from it, I'll post that right away.

If there's a need for a tag then how about something like "space sos outfit" or something along those lines. Mind you, something less cumbersome than that would be nicer, but that's honestly all I could think of at the moment.

No. A spacesuit is what you see in post #166143, not this. Although perhaps "space bikini" or something like that might work.

But it's not a bikini, either. Let's go with space_sos_outfit until a better name is found.

Well, in the Haruhi Theatre near the end of when when the costumes debut Haruhi mentions something about a Galactic Patrol. So how about something like SOS_Galactic_Patrol? It's not the best, but at least it's more lively than my previous suggestion.
