    When it comes to Zuiun, probably Hyuuga is around the corner (literal).

    Explaining the joke: In E-3 Winter 2017 Event you had to carry a Saiun (Disassembled for transport) in order to reach the boss. If you cleared the map you got an improved Saiun (Eastern Caroline Air Group) as reward. However what Ro-500 is holding isn't a Saiun part but a Zuiun one. It's safe to assume Hyuuga is behind this.
