Personally, I have mixed felling about removing this one. Yes, it is not exactly anime related, but it is part of the subculture in Japan. Further to that, there's a lot of other posts that survived moderation queue which are even lesser anime related or non-relevant... browse through the first 10 pages of photo tags, and I can already see these two being more suitable candidate to delete than this one: post #246908, post #196487 and if you go back further, there are a lot of crappy photos that's completely non-anime related and not even close by a far fetch...
Ultimately, I'd say its moderators' call for something border-lining like this...
