First you say use the bookmarklet so I did and it still came out as a sample.

That post you linked is also a sample.

Assumably, RaisingK's script hasn't accounted for the new domain change to the images hosted on pixiv and neither has the upload page accounted for /img-master/ changing to /img-original/...

You said you used the bookmarklet, correct? Make sure you're not using it on the actual sample image (don't click the bookmarklet while on this link) and instead use the Batch bookmarklet for that instead. See help:bookmarklet.
