You know, in the middle of all the other MST3King I've been doing, I forgot to ask why, if genderbending isn't supposed to affect age, some characters apparently "lolify"...

I think the genderbending depends more on personality than physical physique. And if that's the case then someone higher up (perhaps a bored god) is manipulating everyone's consciousnesses in order to fit their preferred sense of self (probably based mostly from personality, but also from a deeper sense of self that they themselves don't fully grasp).
