Don't upload these. Such photoshops are frowned upon. So don't upload these unless you want to raise your deletion rate.
Off course you can wait that this one gets approved, but I wouldn't put my hope up for it :/.

There's post processing photoshop(the one where you/the artist add background, effect, etc after you/the artist finished drawing their own picture), and there is one like this, where it just simply an edit(not implying I can do better) of an existing work, that might not be permitted by the artist of the original picture...
