Unlike Kiso's admiral, I get the sense the only reason this guy doesn't get the girl is that he teases her a little too openly and pervs out WAY too openly.

But she isn't even really being tsundere, here. If anything, her character's a genki ditz in this series. Just about ANY girl would get mad when a guy openly asks to see her tits or takes upskirt pictures, regardless of being a tsundere.

Honestly, he might be undeniably pervy but I consider him pretty harmless if all he does is take pictures/make lewd comments. Though that could change anytime. And to be fair her ditzyness is the cause of all the ecchi happenings anyway. He just appreciates them a little too much.

And oddly enough its probably a good thing she isn't a normal aggressive tsundere here seeing as how her clumsy personality has proven plenty harmful and dangerous by itself. This Admiral gets punished for his wickedness through it alone (kinda).
