Depends how the stats shake out, I'd assume it will be a tier 8 though given the base ship. If that's the case and the stats are decent I think it actually might sell quite well even among people that give no shit about anime. Because frankly we haven't had a good T8 Premium DD for any of the main factions yet (I and I suspect many others didn't foresee having the patience to raise a 16 point captain from scratch that will never be usable for anything else just so the Chinese Benson reskin would actually be good so I skipped it).

well, it's kinda nice that the most influential ship for Ranked in T8 is a silver one.
