Since it says "nekoneko **software** official homepage" at the top, I', guessing it isn't from a series at all but a game.

The girl wearing sukumizu in this image is Hikari. There is an icon of the same girl on the site here:

According to Wikipedia et al the "Lamune" anime was based on a nekoneko soft game.
