Yes, because we all know that drawn fictional little girls are accurate depictions of real children and having an interest in them will inevitably lead us down the path of becoming pedophiles. The user joined on the same day he posted those comments. He has 0 favorites, 0 edits, and the only thing listed from him at all is of course that he posted one comment, the one above. Since you can't leave comments without an account, I'd say there is a very high probability the only reason he joined was of course to post that one single comment.
Personally I wouldn't care except that the first notable thing he did was start criticizing others.
