Does anyone know the artist?

This looks to be official art from a manga series. I've browsed it in a Borders so it's something that being translated and released commercially but I can't recall the title.

It's a page from "Esquisse Solo".

So the artist is either mitsumi_misato or amazuyu_tatsuki.
