Since someone is going down the line flagging a lot of these, I'll go ahead and explain my reasoning why I re-approved this one:

While there is a nude filter element to this one, the image was also changed in completely drawing the chain in a different position plus facial expression to flip the power dynamic, and it was done in a way that the art styles don't clash at all, and hence I'd consider this more on the derivative work/parody side of the line.
