I think Shido has the best human antagonist design in the entire Persona series. He looks exactly like the type of person who could do what he does in our reality. You'd never know that he was an old, obtusely conservative man more than willing to kill his own son if it would advance his own goals. Kinda like Lex Luthor, whom I also love.
