That is probably not what they meant.
And I see their point: Those "leg warmers" are coming more or less out of nowhere and what they meant with "amputee" is more that the thighs are pretty hard to identify in this post.
In short: I agree with the flag. The lower region looks way off.

the leg warmers come out of no where its high quality image just legs don't look connected to the body imo
