While I'm not exactly a fan of the art, not bothering to tag the image beyond the character name and series is inexcusable.
I'm starting to think that it isn't coincidence that the uploader's name roughly translates to "Milk Tea" and all that they've uploaded has been from a twitter account with the "Milky Tea" tag.
