I think this is kind of symbolic as to how the fans treat this poor girl. Basically they sex up her appearance and only use her for that created sex appeal, as she's nothing more than that to them.

You never really see Sanae being the girl she is in canon which is quite sad since others characters get treated much better.

That's not to say I don't love me some tits and sex, but when a character is reduced to only that by fans, that just sucks.

She's an amazing starry optimistic otaku-I mean outsider who has that modern feel to it who just got into a fantasy realm. Oh and she's a goddess
