Really need a pool for 'Where The Hell ?'

I thought not Japan, but apart from the Diner, maybe Northern Europe --- got a Belgiumish feel; from the licence plate the bike's NYC, the Bronx.

Rather more sombre and less crowded than I would imagine.

Maybe it's Silent Hill.

Apparently, the original diner (or reference, in this case) might be a certain Bendix Diner off in a small town somewhere in New Jersey. The store's iconic light works and entry way is certainly hard to mistake it for something else.

I think I can faintly make out the plate to be a New York license plate.
