I wonder this too. I've actually seen her referred to as "Miya Hirumu" more often on blogs and forums.

geass.jp spells her name 「ミーヤ・I・ヒルミック」. I don't see anything like "Hirumu" there. Miya's a possibility, but by rights it should be Mi-ya or Miiya, then.
