It's either referencing the Kancolle's Torpedo Launcher Bento Box (not a real product, it's in the Fund it pool) or the times they have visited this particular restaurant and/or ate eels. Compare to this pic and this one you'll see each time the stack has been raised by one.

Or it's all just a reference to the fact that Kitakami had ten of the quad launchers and nobody doesn't think that's a bit nuts, including little miss Wall of Skill herself. I look forward to the next seven iterations.
