It's his aunt, and as with any new character tag, you type in the tag prefaced by "character:" or "char:". However, let's see if she has a reasonable number of appearances first. Even Kogasa-san's parents and sister didn't get added until they'd shown up a few times.

Reader-added tags include "Increasing eggs and weight", "In a way, they're in coordination", and "A punchline in every panel".
