Ah, I was wondering what Yubari has to do with Kisaragi to make this dramatic, then I remembered she was Kisaragi's flagship when she sank, and took responsibility by putting herself on detention. Of course she'd want to apologize. This really shines a nice spotlight on something that eluded me when just watching the movie.
