Same here. I joined up about two weeks ago.

Well events are quite hard, not newbie friendly at all. Quoting a comment I saw on FB "I've been playing since the game launch and I'm still struggling with the event"

I got lucky and she already dropped.
The first map is really easy and I've been farming it for crates.

I consider the events to be the endgame content and treat it accordingly. Just do what I can and focus on getting all my Echelons up to speed.

My sniper team is still too under-leveled and I'm suffering from chronic core deficiency.

Remember to level up T-dolls that can fight night battles as well. T-dolls like Mk23 and A9-91 have skills that make them better at night battles.

I don't actually have them. Should get me a Glock 17 or something. Right now I really need to get Sniper Team to level 30 each at the minimum and Dummy Link all of them. Then they can join the Machine Gun team and equip AP rounds to deal with armoured units in Midnight missions.

OTs-14 is great in night battle , I just got her in E1-2 but need more time to leveling and find cores.

Good news, you don't need to know Japanese.
You need to know Chinese, either simplified or traditional(for Taiwanese server). Or Korean for the Korean server.

No VPN needed, just get the app from the official website.

I don't know about NEEDING to know Chinese. I haven't been literate in Chinese since I was nine and I am getting by okay with it.

It's also worth mentioning that some buttons are in English as well.

To be honest the event isnt tough to get UMP40 with lvl 80 teams girls to farm the daily 60 boxes, 2-4 requires a unique strategy to clear and is the best mission in chap 2 to farm golyats.I recommend watching this channel to help guide you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pGUokmVnvM. then 3-2 is the next place to farm.

3-2 is the only reliable cost efficient place to farm in world 3, more like.

Got UMP40 from 777 boxes. Hope to get dupes, but oh well.
