I so fucking hate these general "quality check" flags.

Since the flagger didn't bother noting any potential problems, i'll go ahead and check for them.

Biggest issue i can see is compression, looks like it's a 70-75% compressed jpeg, specifically to get it under 100kb for some reason. This left visible artifacts, generally not at deal-break level but, should be at least tagged.

As for the actual drawing, her head is a biiiiit to wide and, the clouds aren't detailed at all.
Not much else i can subtract. The artist even went out of their way to add some good detail like
skindentation where the fingers touch the skin,
shading on the top of the fingers, where they're bent in, away from the light,
and some very detailed creases on the bikini.
