Artist's commentary
Awakening
Having finished a Fates and Echoes piece I figured I'd just complete the set. I've played all the games, but at the time of beating Awakening the whole "shipping simulator" gameplay kind of turned me off from where the franchise was headed.
Anyway, looking back I think the most iconic aspect with Awakening was the whole AU-time-traveling bit and I believe having two versions of the Falchion best visually represented that!
