Even though I don't have a gold account, I've seen this picture -- Lilina looks about the same age/size as Roy here. I recommend removing the shota tag.

Roy is 15 at the youngest that is not preadolescent.

Canonical age is not taken into consideration when applying the tag. See the shota wiki entry.
