If we are considering population numbers in the world, then hell no. Ironically, western folk would be only 16% of the human population in comparison to roughly 18.5-20% of humanity being black.
I guess you can call them minority if you don't live in Africa? Honestly, minority seems like such an odd pool for a website that has users from everywhere in the world. But in my opinion? Not really a big deal, just kind of weird.
