What i took from this is my interpretation as such is the nature of art, but my interpretation stems from the belief that all mankind originated from one point in Africa, so the image is depicting a African woman as a representation of Africa itself producing the people who would then form the various nations that the flags represent being pulled or possibly carried away from her vagina. The barbed fence may represent more harsh meaning towards how the continent and it's indigenous inhabitants are being treated, my insights into that aspect aren't clear as I've never gone to Africa or studied its current events/world events.
