I don't know if letting crazy-smile Shanghai have a knife is such a good idea.
The best thing about it is, that it's actually an Icing Spatula. I could probably go into a trance of relaxation, watching Shanghai Doll spread and even out cake frosting, while putting on a determined face like that.
