So, rather than Zui fighting with Kaga while Shoukaku-nee is the good girl that tries to mediate between two problem children, AL Shoukaku-nee is the problem child, and Zui is Haruna.
My understanding was that it's more like Shoukaku is more... aggressive about it, but that Zuikaku herself is not overly respectful either.
AL Zui only cares about Shoukaku and Enterprise. Former is her beloved sister, she loves her a lot and feels safe by her side. Latter is her eternal rival, Zui'd like a rematch with her, and she has a lot of lines dedicated to her (so we might see in the future some EnZui shiptease).
Also she considers it troublesome to deal with others, be it her seniors or juniors (because all of them sank early), and especially Saratoga (due to Zui's history with Lexington).
