Sure, Anju might be able to do it just fine, but that still doesn't cut it since she'll have to do it dozens of times during practice AND at live, and all it needs is one failed attempt to lead to disaster. Personally I wish they DON'T try this at home anywhere.

But preventing it leading to disaster is the entire point of practice, isn't it? Risk of failure always exist, even in the simplest move can lead to disaster. What's important is if they willing to do and are confident they can pull it off successfully. You'll never know if you never try.
That said, that move looks like a awkward mix between cartwheel and backflip in the video.
