The gist of it is, "I'll do anything, so please implement it." Sounds like the author wanted some feature put into the game. Their commentary doesn't give any extra info though. Maybe there was some uproar in the FGO community at the time that gave some context?

Without knowing what "it" is, I don't feel comfortable enough making the translation "official" with a note.

I did some googling (エレシュキガル + 実装), and it looks like '実装' is used to mean "add this character to the game" sometimes.

The date this was posted was also after she had an npc appearance, but before she was able to be summoned, so it makes sense timeline wise.

Went ahead and added the translation since I think that's easily the most likely meaning.

My googling also uncovered this tweet as the image this was referencing, for any future curious person.

That makes a lot of sense. I had no idea she was an npc first.
