Airbrushing seems like a forgotten art these days in the realm of Digital arts as most are more into brushstrokes and such. When it comes to semi-realism anime and manga, airbrushing techniques is such a workhorse to me personally, it brings out elements that can't quite be achieve with hard or soft brush.
