Wouldn't a suit that tight defeat the purpose of a ski parka? It doesn't look very insulating.

    Sexiness trumps functionality, unfortunately(?).
But I wouldn't worry about her; she's plenty hot already.
    I'll see myself out.

It's a fictional woman's outfit, so it's designed to be fake clothing that you can hide behind saying she's "covered" without having to actually suffer the immense psychological torment of drawing a woman who is not entirely nude.

She feels like she's wearing nothing at all.

I remember reading that a form-fitting bodysuit (a la Star Trek) is actually the best for heat insulation.

She's also a robot, so generally speaking, the objective is to vent heat OUT, not keep it in.

That's only with regards to preventing air from escaping the insulating layer because of a gap such as between jacket and pants. It's like tucking your blanket in/under your legs to keep outside air from getting in makes you warmer. Having air pockets inside your blanket means it takes a little longer to get up to stabilized equilibrium temperatures, but only total surface area (for conduction) drops the equilibrium temperature past that.

A jacket can, and probably should, be far more 'poofy' and be better at insulating, especially since trapped pockets of air are the default means of insulation. Jackets and blankets and even the likes of wetsuits are just means of trapping insulating air bubbles, since thin air that cannot convect is the default insulator.
