I'm pretty sure she's about to unleash her atomic breath. Not the tail version of it, but THE atomic breath. Only, since this is Shin Godzilla, it's going to be a torrent of black smog before it ignites, becoming a massive flamethrower before turning into a purple-white beam of death. This song is quite fitting as to what's about to happen here.

i think it might be more then just her breath. as in breath, tail, the works.
Okay... So for whatever reason I'm not really able to add a note to this post or any for that matter (can make a box, yet cannot type words into it when it says click to edit). For whomever can add a note to this post, what Beaver is saying is : "This is... Kuro's...". I am not sure whether or not Beaver is saying "Kuro-san's" or just "Kuro's", but other than that I'm pretty sure my translation is correct.

It's more than just "Kuro", she's adding something to the end. However, it isn't "San" or "chan", going by the katakana readings (which "Kuro" apparently is, so I'm assuming the rest is as well). Can someone translate those last three characters after "Kuro (クロ)"?
