Its just the event release cycle at this point I think its aleays CH servers then JP servers much like the Girls Frontline colab with Arc System works CH servers then KR servers
Since the neptune colab is up on Twitter since obviously the CH version dont have twitter but on weibo

ohhh... the most logical path for Tanaka to make a Collab is none other than Haifuri... <_< but are we sure we want to head that route? admittedly Harekaze might be a bit too OP even by Tanaka's standards

admittedly the event for Arpeggio worked because were up against fog ships but Haifuri and WoW is a bit different as they are also using period ships while the later is reeking a bit too much on Russian Bias while the former is like... uhhh... a Destroyer that fought like a Battleship
