I don't get why some people draw angels and daemons with wings attached to their hip. That would mean that they would fall over forward when flying.
Nonsense. You see how the wings and tails are sort of placed in a circle? Well, all an angel and demon has to do is rotate the tail and wings in sequence and they'll get a helicopter.
At least at the hips there is musculature ... Even more stupid are head-wings. To be of any use the succubus/angel in question would either need a neck like a gears of war character, or the wings would be utterly useless and just flap around like a basset hounds ears ...
