Since the last we saw of Rei was her getting arrested for groping Yuki's new short-term roommate, I suspect that Yuki was merely looking for her because she hasn't been in contact for a while. She might not even know Rei was arrested, though I suppose she's about to find out.

Actually, I think they were supposed to meet up at the inn, but Rei wasn't there and Yuki couldn't pay, so she went looking for someone to stay with at the inn while waiting for her sister to show up. Or something like that, anyway. I mean, how much time could have passed between Rei molesting this-woman-who-I-don't-think-has-been-named-yet and now?

The problem with that idea is that it leaves black-haired girl out of the loop if these two sisters pair up. Yuki's more likely going to be a plot device to force Rei and black-haired girl back together into a really dysfunctional relationship, because there's more drama to be milked in making the girl who went to prison pair up with the girl who got groped on their first meeting than just having another pair of sisters go at it, even if it seems to REALLY be Mochi's thing right now. (Alternately, black-haired girl is being set up for a small unwanted harem...)

I'm betting on "unwanted harem" myself.

I'm also hoping black-haired girl is being set up to teach both of them about healthy relationships - specifically, teaching Rei to respect boundaries, and teaching Yuki how much better things are with someone who respects your boundaries (or indeed someone who lets you have some). But I'm not sure Mochi cares all that much about my idea of healthy relationships. So probably just slapstick comedy trying to pass itself off as romantic comedy.

(To clarify: I suspect that Rei and Yuki already have a relationship, and one I'd consider as dysfunctional I do Kuki/Hana's - that is, Rei molests Yuki whenever she feels like it, and Yuki thinks that's how things are supposed to work. Black-haired girl, then, has been set up as a spanner in the works to disrupt that dynamic, though I have no idea where Mochi intends to take things afterward.)
