FFF refers to the infamous Inquisition-ish FFF League from Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, which takes up the "sacred" duty of examining couples. It's often mistaken that FFF's goal is to burn couples entirely but in fact they approve peer relationships and most of them wants to get a girlfriend too; some members even have a girlfriend themselves. Also, the burning part is completely anime original.
