Erica Hartmann, anime character of Strike Witches, she was based off of the German fighter pilot Erich Hartmann (the anime takes place in WWII time but instead of countries fighting countries its the countries fighting aliens called Neuroi). In the anime shes the best of the best known as the ultra ace of Karlsland (another name for Germany, if memory serves right, i think it used to be called that a long long loooong time ago Shrug

). and although she looks frighteningly serious in this picture, one thing you should know about her is that shes only as serious as the situation, off the battlefield shes lazy and carefree (not to mention incredibly messy, but hey, even the strongest of people have a weakness right?) she usually brings a MG42 or MP40 onto the battlefield and her striker unit is based off of the Messerschmitt Bf-109 G-6, and her kill count overall is believed to be at least over 200 (like i said, shes the best of the best).
