its a scan of the DVD cover of "Sora No Iro Mizu No Iro 02" (as the DVD logo in the bottom right might have revealed :) )

I dunno, can we say where we get the episodes from? I have both of them, but not sure if I'm allowed to say where I got them from.

well, you know the name of the series. so even with just google this should not be too hard to come by, especially since it is quite popular...
note however that there is no uncensored version out yet, in case you were looking for that.
